How does Fracmo billing work?
Plans are monthly subscriptions. Starter ($249/mo) and Growth ($999/mo) are fully self-serve: create your account and complete secure checkout via Flow or Mercado Pago in the same flow. Growth includes a one-time $999 setup fee, charged together with your first month. Premium ($2,490/mo) is scoped on a call — book a 30-minute strategy call and we'll map it with you.
Are there setup fees?
Starter has a one-time $249 setup. Growth includes a one-time $999 setup — CRM integration, tracking installation, and brand/voice onboarding — billed together with your first month. Premium is a one-time $2,499 setup, scoped with you on your strategy call and billed with your first month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel whenever you want from your CRM workspace or by emailing carlos@fracmo.ai.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs through Flow or Mercado Pago in Chilean pesos, both secure payment platforms that accept major credit and debit cards, and through PayPal in US dollars.
